Roadmap messaging should strengthen the product, not blur what is already shipped.
HumanPass already has a meaningful product core. The roadmap below turns current constraints into a believable next chapter: better profile maturity, stronger trust reuse, and more operator control.
What is already real
Browser-hosted verification, the Specter baseline, profile-aware expansion work, and product surfaces for dashboards, admin review, docs, and integrations.
What needs hardening
Alternate profile validation, stronger anti-spoof maturity, backend trust consistency, and tighter alignment between runtime truth and public surfaces.
What can become the moat
Reusable trust, connected-app verification, governance over model policy, and deeper issuance or credential stories that stay privacy-first.
Profile Runtime Maturity
Promote alternate profiles from code-path readiness to live-proven maturity, with detector-specific QA, stable profile anti-spoof tuning, and clearer capability governance.
Stronger Anti-Spoof Expansion
Expand beyond the currently available single-model fallback paths into richer profile-aware anti-spoof stacks where the real assets and validation exist.
Connected App Trust
Extend the current browser verification flow into linked account trust, connected application verification, and reusable trust handoffs between sessions and apps.
Identity Reuse Infrastructure
Introduce saved face-hash and face-binding infrastructure carefully, with privacy and governance controls rather than silent identity accumulation.
Admin Controls and Model Governance
Give operators clearer control over allowed profiles, review policy, threshold governance, and organization-level verification requirements.
Issuance and Credential Depth
Deepen optional issuance, reusable credential flows, and Canton-facing trust surfaces only once the backend verification story is hardened end-to-end.
Profile maturity
Raise Phantom, Argus, and Fortress from runtime-ready to better validated, better rehearsed profile paths.
Trust reuse
Expand connected-app trust and reusable session confidence with policy gates and explicit consent controls.
Verification identity
Prepare saved verification identity and face-binding infrastructure without pretending a finished biometric vault already exists.
Governance
Deepen admin tooling, model governance, policy controls, and profile-level operational visibility.
Integration depth
Strengthen developer setup, linked-app trust configuration, and optional issuance or credential flows over time.
Public roadmap copy must stay anchored to current proof.

The most credible story today is a live browser verification product with a real baseline, real surfaces, and a visible path to deeper trust infrastructure.
